Stainless Steel Bradley Smoker – The Stainless Steel smoker is the latest in the Bradley Smoker product range, This came about as there was a demand from commercial caterers and others for the original Bradley Smoker to be fabricated in stainless steel.

The Bradley Smoker in Stainless steel is sold as a complete unit consisting of the cabinet plus the accompanying smoke generator. Apart from the stainless steel finish, the stainless steel model is identical to the Original Bradley Smoker – please read for further details.

The Bradley Smoker is a unique smoke house sold complete with its accompanying smoke generator in which flavour bisquettes are burned for 20 minutes each so that the temperature does not fluctuate, thus eliminating the high temperature gases, acids and resins that can distort the flavour of smoked food.
It is light enough to carry and is about the size of a small fridge.

The Bradley Smoker makes clean tasting food without any aftertaste. While other smokers need to be tended constantly, the Bradley Smoker automatically produces clean, cool smoke for up to 8 hours safely and without supervision.

Additionally, using the independently controlled internal heating element the Bradley Smoker will also hot smoke, or may be used simply as a slow cooker or slow roasting oven.
The low temperature cooking environment is perfect for any smoking project and the infra red heater source is also particularly well- suited for drying fruits.

Space Grill 600 – We present the fantastic Deck BBQ. From the makers of the popular Balgrill, the Deck oozes all of the quality and style of the Balgrill combining the modern barbecue with the traditional campfire.

Like its predecessor, the Deck – made from highest quality spun iron and stainless steel – comes in at a weight of 40kg, simply shouts quality. It also has some subtle, yet distinctive advantages over the Balgrill.

Primarily the height of the Deck can be raised/lowered as required. This is a handy way to either heat food rapidly or gently warm the food as people are waiting for ‘seconds’. Then, when you’ve finished cooking the food. the grill can also be moved away from the flame – using the handle. Not only is this a great aid when serving, but it also helps when using the BBQ as a Brazier (see below).

The new bowl is also a marked improvement on the original Balgrill. It’s much deeper than the original, so not only does this allow for more fuel to be added to the fire, but it allows the Deck to be used as a Brazier. This really does add to the whole occasion and sets the Deck BBQ apart from other conventional BBQs. When everybody has finished eating, simply pull the grill to one side (with the handle which ensures you don’t get burned), sit back and enjoy the roaring fire. Fantastic.

The One Deck comes complete with the chopping board. Utensils (not supplied) can be attached to clips on the side of the grill.

Like its predecessor, the Dual Deck is made from highest quality spun iron and stainless steel and comes in at a heavyweight 50kg. It shouts pure quality. It has distinct benefits over the Balgrill, and really is the ultimate outdoor cooker.

The primary advantage is – as the name suggests – that the Dual Deck has two grills. Both grills can be raised/lowered independently of one another or used at the same height to create one giant 800mm grill. The benefit of this ‘dual deck’ system is that whilst you are cooking on the main grill, the smaller grill can be raised out of the way to keep food warm without it burning. Splendid.
