Fire Engine Driving Experience - Have you ever driven a 13 ton Dennis or Scania Fire appliance? Do you fancy having a go? Well here’s your chance!
They usually pass you by in a blur and you can hear them coming a mile off! But what’s it like to get in the cab and drive it yourself? Why not find out in a session with an experienced instructor and firefighter. Driving the appliance around a specially laid out course including top gear main roads, roundabouts, T-junctions, slaloms and garages, well make things as realistic as possible - the vehicle will be carrying a full equipment load and carrying two tonnes of water!
