Nigella Lawson Classic Collection - Inspired by her day-to-day experience in the kitchen, food writer Nigella Lawsons kitchenware collection is both stylish and practical.

Nigella Lawsons ‘Living Kitchen’ includes a range of items innovatively designed to make life easier in the kitchen. Each item is perfectly packaged to make the ideal gift or the perfect culinary indulgence. Nigella quotes ‘These are objects I want passionately for my own kitchen - that’s where the collection came from. I’ve really enjoyed having the chance to design my own collection and working through the ideas with Sebastian (Conran - the co designer) and seeing them come to life’.

We’ve put together a number of designer kitchen collections which will sit delightfully in any kitchen, be it a country cottage or a trendy town house.

The Nigella Lawson classic collection features products which no kitchen should be without, namely the breadbin with beach lid, small and large storage jars and the classic salt pig.

Nigellas passion is evident in every product she designs - including this delightful bread bin. ‘I’ve never been able to find a bread bin I like the look of’ quotes Nigella. ‘Everything is either too trad or too chilling. And I wanted a wooden lid that would double as a breadboard so that it would be functional as well as beautiful’.

Small Storage Jar x 2

‘I wanted storage jars that evoked a classical form’ comments Nigella ‘but that seems to spill out somehow to make not only a fluid shape but also that would be easier for pouring out contents’ The small storage jars come in an amphora form that can be used in an upright or tilted position. The glass lid allows ‘at a glance’ identification of the contents.

Large Storage Jar

The large ceramic storage jars are equally as sumptuous as the small storage jars, just that little bit bigger.

The larger storage jar has a 3 litre capacity, which means room for more goodies.

Salt Pig

Nigella explains about the oddly entitled ceramic salt pig, ‘I am a complete Salt addict and like to be able to keep my salt out at ‘grabbable’ distance near the stove at all times. I wanted to include one in the range that I could live with and take pleasure from just seeing it on the kitchen top’.
