Stainless Steel Bradley Smoker - The Stainless Steel smoker is the latest in the Bradley Smoker product range, This came about as there was a demand from commercial caterers and others for the original Bradley Smoker to be fabricated in stainless steel.

The Bradley Smoker in Stainless steel is sold as a complete unit consisting of the cabinet plus the accompanying smoke generator. Apart from the stainless steel finish, the stainless steel model is identical to the Original Bradley Smoker - please read for further details.

The Bradley Smoker is a unique smoke house sold complete with its accompanying smoke generator in which flavour bisquettes are burned for 20 minutes each so that the temperature does not fluctuate, thus eliminating the high temperature gases, acids and resins that can distort the flavour of smoked food.
It is light enough to carry and is about the size of a small fridge.

The Bradley Smoker makes clean tasting food without any aftertaste. While other smokers need to be tended constantly, the Bradley Smoker automatically produces clean, cool smoke for up to 8 hours safely and without supervision.

Additionally, using the independently controlled internal heating element the Bradley Smoker will also hot smoke, or may be used simply as a slow cooker or slow roasting oven.
The low temperature cooking environment is perfect for any smoking project and the infra red heater source is also particularly well- suited for drying fruits.

Terramundi money pots have been traditionally used in Italy for over 2000 years and their hand thrown design has remained unchanged. The British Museum houses examples of these ancient money pots. Once the first coin is dropped the money pot must be fed until full upon which time it must be smashed whilst making a wish. It is customary to replace the pot and spend the money on ‘good things’, as they bring good fortune. Money pots are sometimes used to house a candle or a plant once smashed. The best way to break your money pot is to get a chisel or the back of a hammer and place it inside the money slot - slowly lever the top and you should be able to pop the top off - you can now use the money pots to house a plant, sweets or pens.
